Program Options
What if? 2.0 provides seven program options: File, Current, Suitability, Demand, Allocation, Project, and Help.
Current Option
The Current option is used to view maps and reports describing current conditions in the study area.
Suitability Option
The Suitability option is used to create scenarios for analyzing the suitability of different location for accommodating projected land use demands and to view the suitability maps and reports.
Demand Option
The Demand option is used to create scenarios for projecting future land use demands and to view the projected demand reports.
Allocation Option
The Allocation option is used to create scenarios for projecting future land use, population, and employment patterns and to view the projected land use maps and reports.
Using ArcGIS
What if? 2.0 provides an ArcGIS template that can be used to load the What if? map layers directly into ArcGIS 9.3
